  Stop suggesting to me when to set my appointments.  I have enough time and certain of these things are under fmla.  To keep telling me I have been missing too much work lately is really not your concern.  Stop telling me what your former employer did when people took too much time.  Apples and Oranges.  IF you think I have taken too much time you are certainly not going to like the fact I am home on Monday.  It's Martin Luther King Day.  Oh and please don’t tell me that when you were here 40 or 50 years ago it wasn’t like that.  I know,  it's called unions. Well I made it to class and did the best that I could.   It was SGT which means having partners,   I thought I was going to die but the most important thing to remember is to keep moving.   Luckily the weather held out for us to work out outside.   Everyone was saying it was going to start raining by 11. Meh. Alex let me know that he would be leaving at 11:30 so we would not be having our session today. So the next session will be Tuesday.   I promised I would walk when I got home.   We had a discussion after I used the in-body and that was highly disappointing.   What did I expect?   I had too many wings, I still swig the creamer and probably put too much in my coffee.    Not getting enough exercise.   My plan to go to the gym every day has been less than stellar.    So when I got home got some more water and went to the bathroom and took off for a walk. Several times in the last several weeks I have been getting friend requests from random guys on FB and IG?   There is this one guy who will post on a few of my newsfeed posts asking permission to send a friend request.   I think my delete button is getting a workout more than I have.   They just hi…and I will go to their pages and see if I know them.   They are from all over the world.   Let me explain something.   I don’t friend guys unless I know them personally in my varied circles: Family, Classmates, local politics, the gym (which is usually the people I work out with or they are the trainers), coworkers, the groups I am in virtually and in reality, and before I insult anyone the blogosphere those I have been following on various platforms.   I am not interested in romance, or promises of a better life.   So save your breath.   I follow blogs to learn of other places and ways to deal with life.   I also follow to become a better...

I was just told this morning that my Hunter Green Honda should be totaled. It has a lot of structural damage and the age are all factors going into it.   Now I have the daunting job of finding a car.   I called Liz and told her about it.   We talked for a good twenty minutes or so.   She suggested pre-owned or second hand or whatever she called it.   She mentioned places that had good rates.   She was glad I was not hurt. I have mentioned it to a lot of people here.   Supervisor suggested Autotrader.com and AC suggested Consumerreports.com and Edwards.com I even looked up how to search for a car.   I also have to start a budget for myself and I haven’t really   done one in a while.   That means not going out to dinner, no extravagant things.   Just food and litter for the kitties (not ordering from chewy.com for a while).   I am going to have to give up the PO Box.   After work I got all the personal stuff out...

The weather reports all day.  There are so many different variations on what is going to be happening.  The consensus among the lay people is we are not going to get that much (define that much!). Many are hoping that it will move out to sea.  I can't say the same for my brother's area then again maybe I can.  I guess we will just have to wait and see.  I did go and get some more milk and some english muffins and some extra's that I wanted.  Like some jelly belly beans.  I have been promising them to my friend Lee Ann and so I got them for her. September 2, 2013 Dear Friends: I hope your Labor Day afternoon and evenings have been good.  Mine were fine.  Well except for a few minor aggravations it was okay.  I guess tired of people telling me or encouraging me to do things.  My BIL after I had a fairly decent lunch kept telling me eat more.  Hello?  Have you seen me?   Did you not hear us tell you we also have another picnic to go to?  MY SIL does that too.   Do you guys not realize it’s a huge issue with me?
