It after 5:30 and sunset will be after 6. I can’t believe the day is almost gone but it is. I still have some stuff that needs to be done before I got to bed and I will try to get it done before going to bed.
I was anticipating my walk today that I left here for 9 am and realized I was way too early so I went back home and did some stuff for the hour. I did manage to begin a letter to my Australian pen pal and watched TV. The letter is finished and sent to her via email. Still watching TV.
The walk was a power walk and hour long. After the rain this morning the sun came out and made it windy. It included Joan, Michael (the only guy in the group), Molly, and Susan. There was a mutual recognition between Susan and me. She is also the newest member to the 4th District and DTC. While the others walked ahead of us we talked about family dynamics and politics. It was nearly 12 when we finished so we said goodbye and I headed home.
I stopped at Adams and got some late afternoon supper. Mostly wings. Okay all wings all 9 wings. Varied in sauces. It was so filling I didn’t have to have dinner (snacked a little on cheese sticks and a baked apple, and some time)
I watched TV and then took off for bingo around 1:30. I managed to get there by 1:50 chatted with Receptionist Claudia and told her about the changes in bingo. She seemed to understand what I was saying and even though I made it clear i wasn’t angry and I am willing to try this and if it doesn’t work then maybe resign. I also told Bob about it and he didn’t understand why this is going on and who is going to do bingo when I don’t do it. I couldn’t answer him very well. Although when it was further discussed between us I think he understood. I also acknowledged I should be saying all of this to Natalie. I also will included the codicil that call me when you are having special activities and see if I can still help or won’t be needing me to help. Either way.
The kitties are upstairs right now. They really surprised me today. I found tiger inside the cat carrier not once but twice sleeping there! You know how she has been walking by it, and sniffing it, and rubbing up against. I was so surprised I posted it to FB and the Cat Lover’s FB page. My hope is Sky will do this one day and maybe I will not have problems with it.
Sky actually was sleeping on the office chair in the study. Usually I would find Tiger there. Nope not this time she was/is/ has been sleeping in the guest room. I a pretty sure I will find them there on my way to bed.
I manage to get the clothes folded, got some more laundry done, and the dishwasher going for the night. I straighten up some piles of papers in the livingroom and hopefully will be straighten in the morning (it's dark in here and I can’t see it well)
It looks i will have to make a few calls this week. The one to Honda (recall came in for the car parts), and to reschedule the infusion. I have a Mandatory Town Hall meeting (work related) at the same time as the infusion.
