Good news checked the informed delivery and it looks like I am getting the new CC today.   What a relief.   Too bad the two amazon deliveries (the wipes and TP) are nowhere to be seen.   I have placed two refund requests.   I had to contact the seller for the wipes because amazon isn’t going to refund it.   The TP refund will be honored.    I plan on writing to the corporate headquarters and recommend they reevaluate their third party venders.   I went to AT&T store today and the guy was absolutely useless.   He said basically that I should ignore it because AT&T would have called or something.     I will try again because I don’t like the answer.   I went to Walmart and returned the Fitbit and it will be a few days before it posts back into my account.   When I got back to the car I downloaded one pedometer and I didn’t like the way it was tracking my steps and shared the story with Alex when I saw him fo...

I couldn’t sleep last night worrying about the finances.   I decided sometime after midnight I would have to get back on a budget (I hate budgets) .   Over the years I tried being on budget but never could figure out a good one to have.   Many times I would just ignore them.   Well last night I went to wikihow.com to look for simple budgets and I think I may have found them.   The whole setting up is a pain.   I use the credit cards for almost everything.   So I am not sure if should list only once or separate them.    I found out that even though I may only pay the insurances for the house or car once a year or twice a year figure divide it monthly.   I never could see that on the paper.   I am going to have to talk to Debra tonight about it. It is the first day of spring and the sun was shining but now is getting overcast .  It looks like snow may be coming in this evening. This will allow me to go and do the bingo and back before it starts.  I am not sure what it will be like in the morning.  If it is safe obviously will be going to work. The St Patrick's Dinner last night was great.  My Niece Cheryl and her husband joined us and obviously it was corned beef and cabbage and really huge vegetables I suspect were grown by MiracleGrow.  They had cake for dessert.  There were raffles and music and dancing by the Mulkin Dance troup.  My neighbors daughters are usually with them but they were working.  We were home by 8. I got my pedometer for the walking challenge as well. September 3, 2013 Dear Friends: I hope all is well with you all.  I had a very rough start to the day and ended up having to stay home from work.  I woke up with a migraine and had a serious Dizzy spell that lasted what felt like forever.  Mom and I believe it was the food I had yesterday at the two picnics.  When the dizzy spells finally stopped I was able to sleep all day.  I did get up a few times to answer emails and make some calls and try to watch TV but I was too tired.  I couldn’t get over how quickly time passed today.  I had to cancel my volunteering at the Union office for the phone banking today too. I wasn’t the only one who got sick.  Mom also got sick as well.  She did her own thing today and still managed to go to a Bridges Board meeting and got home just before seven.  Now she is in her pajamas and having tea and watching PBS News Hour (plug plug). For the last couple of days I have been rushing around.  I overslept on Thursday and was caught in traffic getting off the street and coming home for the last two days. Work has been busy but good got a lot done but as always still have lots to do.  The retirement party for Hyacinth was wonderful saw many people I haven’t seen in a long while.   The weather has been chilly and had more rain.  It rained a little while I was at the retirement party but I was trying to remember if it rained earlier in the day  For some reason I couldn’t. I have also been preoccupied with some stuff here at home.  Mom has been disappointed in my housekeeping skills lately.  I have been pretty angry with her attitude and I am really tired of the crap.  I told her I am doing the best that I can and if she wants me to do something she needs to ask. It seems very quiet for the last day of Month End.  I got here exactly at 8 and a short time later I started on the lockbox.  It is fairly light but I am expecting more later.  If I get this finished soon I can work on the postage tallies until the second wave arrives. I was a little stressed out last night before starting OT.  SusanR came to me to find out if I was behind in th mail and I told her no.  She says that FinanceJoel complained that the YHP was dated the 20th. I swear there is definitely a full moon out. I have seen it twice. This morning I passed out the flyer that Gayle made last night as an FYI about Terry’s husband. Well some jack-hole noticed some spelling errors and criticized it. They suggested that who ever wrote it up should use spell check. Said Jack-hole was on the elevator with me a while later and asked me who wrote up the flyer and I looked at her and simply said yes Sharon I heard you the first time. She then asked if I wrote it up and I looked at her and said no. Who the fuck cares? I told a few people and all agreed it doesn’t matter. One shared a story on how “Jack-hole wrote notes in to various accounts she was working on and they were very poor in spelling. When I heard that I laughed so hard. Okay it’s nearly 9 and I am really getting tired. As I had hoped I took a major break from the paper/file tossing gig from earlier today. It was fun. I have NCIS on the TV in the background 6th Season Bounce episode. I had season 8 “Dead Reflection” on the computer. It was great. Don installed the memory chips and it is extremely fast. That’s right I am tired. I am tired of going to a freaking nursing home and being treated like crap by certain individuals who think it’s their freaking God given right to be fucking demanding and rude. After telling one individual after demanding coffee and to be served on time and asking others if they got their coffee that I am doing the best that I can and still arguing with the SOB. I am sick and tired of people making excuses for these people because they are old and they are sick. Of course I felt stupid for arguing with Bernie and noticing another patient crying (something she does quite often) and she told me why she was crying and I reassured her there was no reason for the tears. I explained I should not have been arguing with him and that I should have just done what I was supposed to do. It happened again. I woke up around 2 and haven’t been able to get back to sleep yet. It happened yesterday too. Of course it didn’t help to get the Charlie horse either but that went away by mid afternoon. I went to bed last night before 9 so that’s probably the reason why I woke up so early. I have been surfing the web by going to the forums and emails and stuff. I even was watching TV. I was not really successful there. I probably will fall asleep until the alarm goes off (I have it set for 6:30) but I don’t know what will happen. I have a really long day a head of me. Hey this is going to be a short entry tonight as I have laundry to do and things that need doing before I get to bed. Besides I am working tomorrow for some hours and I need to get rested. Things at work are pretty much the same as yesterday tense and testy. I understand that Sue R was yelled at by her boss and as a result Sue has been riding everyone else. She barely talked with me and I know I kept busy and got the mail mostly done. I have just one pile to do and I will do that on Tuesday. I heard from Liz today. She wanted to know the name of my hair cutters place I gave it to her and the number. WE talked about the pictures and how I could get copies. I still will probably have to pay for them. Considering it is supposed to be a new year and new resolutions I am finding myself with old habits. I noticed this yesterday when I finally made my bed yesterday. I mean really made my bed. I have been sleeping on blankets for well over a week. I certainly over ate at Mike and Tessa’s and I found myself eating quite a lot at the party last night. I arrived a little after 4:30. Teddy the youngest answered the door and Telka took the puffs and we chatted and hugged. She told me her brother and sister in law were in the kitchen. Apparently they were expecting a small crowd and were surprised at the number of people. More and more people came at 5. They were friends, co-workers, classmates of both John and Telka. Some I met at her graduation party last summer. There was so much food and many funny stories. I stayed with Mike and Roberta and their kids. They left around 7 and I followed suit just before 8.
