Its cold out
It was cold enough to wear gloves for the first time. I was relieved I had a pair that was together. That’s a sign I need to gather them all up and reorganize that as well. Anyway, the temps are not getting any higher than 39 today. It’s going to be cold tomorrow but the only warm day (of 50’s) will be the day I go to Suffield. I went to the gym last night and had Trainer Mike’s class. Oy vey! It was tough, but I did well. I saw Trainer Alex and he was pleased to see me again. It was nearly 7 when I got home but I didn’t have a good dinner. I had dinner from Popeyes. 4 pieces and one biscuit. I didn’t finish the root beer. I was exhausted and after falling asleep on the couch I went to bed early. I didn’t make it to class this morning. I will go after work for cardio. This will make it four days in a row I made it to the gym, so it is possible to make it to the gym daily. ...
