  I haven’t done much today. Been watching TV and texting my friends.   The Marathon on Lifetime has been from season six and have seen these episodes like the others a billion times, some I liked and some I didn’t. Someone came out of hiding again.     He is currently sleeping on the recliner.    He hid for hours yesterday, which made me anxious. Especially since he hacked a couple times yesterday . I managed to hang my clothes, wash dishes, clean the shower and kitchen drains, and tidy up part of the bathroom.    I called Laura, and we scheduled dinner tomorrow at Texas Roadhouse.   We also talked about our day and talked about having brunch this month as a meetup. I have to make sure the house is cleaned before tomorrow afternoon       

  I left the office just before 4 and headed home via the Pkwy.   I had no problems.   The Sun was huge as it was hitting the horizon.   I am glad my sunglasses were on.   I was home by 4:30 and was greeted by Sky in the window and Tiger was on the floor.      They were not happy that I put off their dinner until 5.   Sky had his dinner in the kitchen but tiger didn’t feel like coming out and eating so I brought it to her and even though she didn’t eat all of it she did take her med.   I had my dinner before feeding the cats.   It was the spaghetti I made last night and it was much better the second time around.   I am going to have to make something quick and easy tomorrow night before I leave for my sleep study.   I am leaving here around 7. All I have packed a bag for overnight, watched TV and I have an email to answer from DR. T. Oh my.   Outback restaurant has closed their Enfield location as of Sunday. ...

It is a bright and sunny morning and I have the Smithsonian Channel on and of course Aerial America Program.   It is featuring Pennsylvania right now.   Later it will be Connecticut and I will be very interested in seeing what they will cover. The weather forecast today will be in the high 60’s today and sunny.   Tomorrow is also going to be in the high 60’s as well.   It will have some clouds but no expected rain that I can see.   I am glad to see this because I want JoanS’s event to be successful. WE did our normal routine this morning and that included sleeping on the couch until 7.   I gave myself the shot this morning.   I am not sure there is supposed to have blood come out but it isn’t a lot.   I hope the prescription was sent over to the pharmacy because I have two left.   Actually that’s not bad because I have to get my INR checked again on Monday so I can pick it up then. Dear Debra: I am sitting in repose on the bed with Preston at my feet.  I have the TV on in the background. I am not really in the mood to move fast because Preston isn’t feeling well.  He threw up a couple of times on the bed. I have already told Olivia and I still have to wash the blankets. I can do later in the day tomorrow. My workout session was busy.  I had the inbody and had true confessions with alex.  Luckily i didn’t gain a lot of body weight and the other two were just maintainable. I said goodbye to Alex with the promise that i would be at the gym tomorrow, Monday and maybe tuesday. He and Becca are going to Vermont for the rest of the holiday weekend. After that I went to the post office and then headed back to critters.  Stopping for lunch at Napoli’s Deli. i got eggplant parm and salads. I ate most of it for lunch.  I wasn’t hungry for dinner. When I got here I took Preston for a trip outside and then I finished my lunch. ...

On Friday I managed to  sleep in until 6 in the morning. Fed the kitties and watched TV for a while then spent the rest of the morning writing the follow up letter to  my pal Shirley.  Once that was done I  headed to the library found out it  didn’t open until 1 (on a friday?) I took the opportunity to pick up stuff at the tailor shop and then went  back to the library to wait for it to open.  It was sleeting  about then and  didn’t last long.    When it finally opened  got a computer and  printed out the letters (I was disappointed  that I couldn’t use my own stationary) and it didn’t take long.  I was out of there  by 1:30 and back home  by 2.   I finished filling out the letters to be mailed and took them to the post office.  I can’t remember how much either of them were but I also got some really nice Christmas stamps.  It was really cold by then too.  When I final...

I arrived home just about 12:30 yesterday.  Ran inside dropped a few things from the car off grabbed my gym clothes.  Paid attention to the furball who came halfway down the stairs for me.  Looked at me when i started to leave and returned to their spots back upstairs. I ran to the gym got changed and then had the inbody session for 30 minutes.  Alex was pleased.  I lost just over a pound of weight and the  muscle increased.  HE said see what happens when I listen?  He reminded me that because I did so well I can’t blow it as I have in the past.  So we talked about what I would have for the rest of the day.  I ended up having some chicken wrap at Nardelli’s (all their salads were taken off because of the romaine lettuce recall).  So I got that before I took off for Mama Joanie’s. Dear Friends:     It is Friday .  I got back just before 10 from my run to the DMV.  It was quite nice.  I had scheduled for 10 am thinking it would take that long but the staff members accommodated me and got me in earlier.  A very nice couple got me a iced coffee while waiting.  It turned out they were the parents of one of the teachers from Sandy Hook Elementary school.  She saved several of the students by putting them in a closet. While there I ended up getting a new picture taken. It is a requirement I guess.   It had to be done like three times.  The first two with glasses (there was a glare) and the final one without.  It actually looks good.  I will get the new on at the end of September.  In the mean time I can use the old one and the copy of what will be arriving  in September.  The fees were the only problem with that but the woman explained break it down to $12 a year. Good Morning and Happy 4th of July to all who celebrate!  To our Military members I send continuous thanks for all that you continue to have done to  protect us. Today will be a quiet day for me I think.  It will be spent working on laundry, and probably pen pal letters and notes to family and friends. Last night would have been quiet if not for the 4th of July Eve celebrations going on.  It wasn’t an issue but it made me think of a discussion on one of the “Milford” FB boards that a woman was droning about the illegal fireworks being shot off in her neighborhood. She had been told to “get over it” multiple times. I had a nice dinner.  It wasn’t the seafood dinner I was planning but instead an outback dinner.  I got one of their steak specials 9 in steak delicious with two sides.  Broccoli (had to make it semi healthy), baked potato and a bloomin onion.  It took me a while to finish the bloomin onion and realized why i don’t get that ...

When I first wrote this morning’s entry it was last night and scheduled to appear when it did.   Well it didn’t go exactly what was written. Pea pod came at 7:14 this morning while I was working on the computer and watching TV.   I was finished in 45 minutes of when it arrived. The rest of the morning I worked on Trish’s letter, had breakfast and then started getting ready for my coffee session with Dave. I thought we were meeting at the Starbuck’s in Orange and that’s where I went then when I didn’t see him I sent him a message and he was at the one at the mall which I totally forgot about.   So I got there a little after 11 and we spent nearly 3 hours talking.   At times I didn’t think he really listened to me because he would ask questions on things I just told him and to me that’s really frustrating. Last night was family night.  I had been checking messages on facebook and found one from a cousin on  my Dad’s side.  She was sending me her address.  Then I got a message from an old friend of Bob’s that was sending condolences. I sent a message to my nephew Rob (and ironically no response yet).  Then just about dinner time Liz sent me a text to my email account informing me she was in the hospital with pneumonia.   Then Ethel comes over for impromptu dinner and then we get phone calls from two of the Coulombe cousins.  I also had gotten emails from Lisa R asking  if we are still attending the little guy's birthday.  She wanted to know about Chris and his kids I couldn't answer.   Earlier this afternoon I had called Mom for a second time and got an update.  Liz has been put into isolation and can’t have visitors.  Mom’s annoyed as she feels Liz should have been to the doctor’s sooner than this.  It was...
