Hoping I didn't make a promise I can't keep

Last night Neighbors Kim and Shea stopped by to ask about the downstairs bathroom and whether or not there was paperwork for it at the city.  I wasn’t sure (but I doubt it considering who was building it at the time).  We got around to the subject of them really wanting the house and they are prepared to make an offer.  I personally would like to see them get it and I told them I would talk to Cheryl and see what I could do but I am afraid I shouldn’t have done that.   I texted both Liz and Cheryl to let them know what had transpired but I didn’t tell them what I would like.  Cheryl said she would be here Saturday with more Mums and decorations.  Kim feels that if they are ready to make an offer that the sign shouldn’t have to go up.  That’s why I am beating myself up.  I should let Cheryl handle it and let her advise me.

I went to the DTC meeting last night.   I was 30 minutes late. It was a zoom meeting.  That’s the irony of it.   I should have been there at 7:30 and not paid attention to the time I saw on it.  There were 39 of us there.  I had contacted the chairman, and the VC prior to the meeting to update them on my email address and to let them know what was going on.  VC did respond Chairman Rich didn’t.  He barely does anyway.  I think he tends to respect privacy and honors Mom’s memory.

I came home from work with a headache I didn’t eat much yesterday and that’s a problem.  I stopped at Texas Roadhouse and picked up the dinner I should have gotten the other day but this time followed through and it worked but I didn’t use the gift card.  I tried but I need to update the budget entries.  I took some Tylenol and it went away quickly.

After the meeting I did some sweeping and cleaning up and then went to bed.

Today I managed to a few things before going to work.  I still have a few errands to do before going home.  For example get wet cat food and groceries.   I don’t need too much but enough.

My hope for this weekend is to work on pen pal letters that I have been neglecting.  I see I got a response from Pam in OK.

A Definite Milestone

I must begin this entry with an apology for the symphony of chirping crickets lately.  I have been going through some challenging times since Tropical storm Isaias.  The day after it hit I noticed the gutter needed repair and so I called my lawyer/Trustee (if you have been following me for while it was set up long before Mom died) to let him know it needed to be fixed.  He didn’t see it but came and surveyed the property and started a bullying campaign to reissue the whole “we need to put the house on the market” .  We argued and by the end of the conversation he hung up on me.  He sent me a very insulting voice mail by the end of that same week after my brother spoke to him.

My family and I met at the beginning of the week with my therapist to discuss what could be done but came to the conclusion that it isn’t worth fighting him.  We are not giving in but I cannot afford to manage this big house. My brother spoke to him and got the SOB to back off as long as we made efforts to restart the process of cleaning out the house and look for a more manageable  residence.  My family has been very supportive of me and we agree that this guy is chauvinist and a whole slew of other adjectives I won’t dignify with.

So I have restarted a budget and working to get the debt down.  I have been getting advice from how to fight him, to how to best search for the new place (I have been looking but there are some variables that I don’t know yet) to budget shopping for groceries etc.   My sister will be coming over to help the purging process begin today.

So the milestone I was going to write about was 58 years ago today my family moved into the house I am about to give up.  AT that time it was my parents and my three older siblings.  I was born two weeks later.  So for my 58th birthday in two weeks I will be in the middle of a new start.

Work is going okay.  The scanning machine problem is still a problem and we are waiting on someone to do something.  WE have been very patient and we do have scanning to do.  I have been working on refund scanning and that is done through the copier.

The parking lot that we use is in the beginning stages of being repaired so we have had to park in a small adjacent lot near the building but have to be careful not to park in the school parking lot that we share.  We have been getting warnings to move or be towed.

The University is preparing for the fall semester that starts in two weeks.  Some departments are still mixed with on campus working and remote working.  We are constantly being reminded about the social distancing and to wear the mask when needed.

Labor negotiations are currently going on and I am pretty sure they are still a little rough.  I was not at the last meeting because my brother was arriving at the same time.  I am pretty sure I will be hearing about it next time.

I have been trying to get out and walking at break times and lunchtimes except the last couple of days because I wanted to focus on work or I wasn’t here for part of the week.  Sadly I am finishing up the last two sessions with Alex this coming week.  I had to let him go because of my current financial crisis.  He was absolutely understanding and wonderful about it.  He will be there to reach out if I need to.

I would like to say I have been trying to follow my diet but I recently made buttered spaghetti and clearly not on the diet.  I had it for dinner the last couple of nights.  My reasoning is flawed.  I attributed to the new grocery budget.  I have been looking at budget meal plans online recently so hopefully I will be able to follow it.

I will be keeping the gym membership and they have been all very kind.  Again it would be great if I actually got there.  I was there Tuesday but the rest of the week not so much.  I won’t be able to go to the classes as they are additional (part of the Edge Strong program).  I was just told I have them until the end of the month so I can still go to the classes until my birthday.  However I will be doing the routines or whatever the word is for it on my own. That is if I force myself to the gym.

The rest of the family seems to be busy with the end of summer activities and bridal shower events.  I went to the bridal shower last weekend for my great niece to be and it was a blast despite the turmoil going on with me.  The people were great, the scenery was great, and of course so was the food.  Gina got so many wonderful gifts I wonder what’s left on the Registry for the October nuptials.

I have finally found out more about a new pen pal.  She recently sent me an intro letter that was like her emails to me lately.  It was short and sweet.  I am working on her letter now and updating her file.  She is from South Carolina but is originally from Texas.

Well I need to move along and do some more stuff before the gym and before sis gets here.

Tonight was supposed to be the Senior Awards night

Tonight was supposed to be the Jonathan Law HS Senior awards night.  Unfortunately the Corona Virus Pandemic but a crimp in that and the city were shut down.  I was quite surprised to get a second email asking if we as the DTC were still going to present the scholarship.  I had already sent my rsvp to Chairman Rich weeks ago asking if he would present it if the need arises.  Anyway, Chairman Rich had replied to the second email informing the secretary that due to recent events our fundraising efforts were low and that he would get back to her.  When I spoke to him last week about it he had reiterated that we were unable to do much fundraising so it was a matter for the scholarship committee to work on.   I know that some administration members are figuring out something for the seniors and I hope it goes well.  It’s just this year I can’t do it.

I had my appointment with Dr. Lu this morning.  It went well.  He says no sign of the  anti-phospholipid   syndrome ( yes I realize I have misspelled it.).  He was concerned about a bruise on my leg.  I hd to remind him we discussed that the last time we were together.  He says “I can’t remember everything”.  That pissed me off.  Anyway I need to stay on the Xaralto for a while.  I will see him again in August.

While I was at my appointment I got a call/message from Elia the steward and she was concerned I went MIA.  I was thinking she was going to yell at me.  I told her I wasn’t feeling well last week and I hadn’t gotten invites to the zoom meetings.  So by the time I gt home we straighten out and I have to be at that meeting.

Before coming home I also stopped at the store and picked up the things I forgot yesterday and brought it home and now I need to get to the meatloaf.  It should be ready by the time my meeting this afternoon.

Monday Flew By again

Another Monday came and went.  I managed to get up before 5:30 thanks to Sky and his claws and of course Tiger and her vocalization.  My intention was to be up by 4. Slept through the alarm again.

I got up finished emptying the dishwasher and cleaning out the sink and putting things in the dryer and then manage to do the regular morning routine.

I also got ready for Livia’s visit today.  She had sent me a text mid morning about the door and luckily it was already done.  She has frequently forgotten to remind me she is coming with a text. I have had to ask if she is coming.  I probably should not expect it but it helps if she would.

I managed to get to work without incident.  The commute was light for a monday. My theory is end of school year?  My hope is it will stay this way for a long while but I doubt it. I will have to make a concerted effort to leave the house on time or earlier if possible.

Work went well but it flew by.  I spent the morning doing the mail and went to the Town Hall Meeting.  In the afternoon finished the mail. For the last two hours of the day did scanning.

The Town Hall Meeting was interesting and we hada virtual tour of the building (select floors). No definite date yet but it seems it will be done by the late winter months. Maybe January or February by teams.  Still working on the security, parking, and a few other things.

They did say that as the time gets closer they will do all of our requests for parking at once.  They recommended we don’t do it ourselves just yet.

They also talked about doing a program “How we Work”.  Training starts alphabetically come this summer. I don’t have to do mine until oh a year from now.  The Joys of having your last name begin with the letter P.

I talked with SupervisorBob about it later on in the day about the move.  He did assure me that his whole team will be on the first floor together. HE also told me that the mailroom, scanning, will be all together.  Including the equipment.

I managed to talk to only a few people regarding the meeting and there were some concerns about safety and transportation.  Those are a work in process.

After work I headed home and made dinner.  I got home later than usual because of residual traffic from an accident in West Haven and of course the rain.

So I emailed A to let him know I wasn’t going to make class but that I would come in and do cardio when I was done.  I did and managed to get over 12000 steps in.

Since I haven’t heard from MR S in the last several days, Siduri was kind enough to recommend someone she uses as handyman and gave me the number.  I will call him Tuesday.

Returned to Work

Monday was my first day back and it turned out okay.  Actually better than okay. Everyone was happy I was back, I had my annual review, found out some changes already implemented.  Some mistakes made while I was away.

Everyone asked me about the trip, they all asked if I did gambling.  I did tell them about the CT LImo debacle. Some said they never had that happen to them or heard of them doing that.  Well glad it didn’t happen to you but it did happen and I am still not happy.

The personal printers have been removed from the desks.  So i have to get my system set up so I can use the copier/printer in the work space behind my cubicle.  The printer was finally set up after lunch Wednesday. The Printer that was on my desk is now in the scanning room and that room looks totally different.

Late Monday afternoon I received my annual review results and they were very positive.  Supervisor B is hoping I will be able to help out with the refund checks. Collating , data entering, and mailing out.  Right now its scanning that’s taking up a lot of time.

Many of the Admin staff have been clearing out their offices in preparation for the move later this year.  I have been told this will be going on for the foreseeable future. I imagine that very soon we will be asked to do it as well.  Our new spaces at the new location will be very limited. We will find out more at the Med Town halls in May (I will be going on May 13).  I don’t believe I have a lot to take home except old papers and probably a few dishes that I use here. I am thinking I will have to make a list of what I will be bringing over there but not right now.

DG worked very hard on trying to make sure things were done but apparently stuff still came back and mistakes were made.  We went over them over the last couple of days. I am going to be doing the mail while she goes on her cruise for two weeks starting sometime next week or so.

The area committee meeting was held on Tuesday.  Several people had issues with an event that was held while I was away.  Unfortunately the lead steward was out sick yesterday and there seems to be a lack of confidence in her abilities right now.  I do not look forward to the next committee meeting (they vented but she wasn’t there).

We have a few more activities coming up in the next month as well.  March for Local 33 to present The Uni President with a request for a fair and open election for a union..  Let’s hope it works this time.

I have to tell you where the biopsy was taken last week is getting irritated and red and hurts when I lean on it or sit down.  It is in such an awkward spot that I can not see it to put the band-aid on it.

I was able to pick up at least some of the prescriptions from the pharmacy but there is still some I am waiting on.  I hope it's been resolved.

I saw the Hemotologist on Monday and he is quite pleased with everything. Numbers all good. No evidence of a blood clot.  My next appointment will be in October. I had to fill out updated information form and just faxed that today as well.

My FMLA papers have been signed and faxed and mailed to me.  So now I can plan ahead for the upcoming appointments. I don’t think Monday’s appoint will or can count.  But I need to remember to fill out tomorrow.

I have to admit I didn’t go to exercise class on Sunday nor did I walk Sunday.  I also bailed on Monday’s class but actually made to my Session with A and this morning with Sara.  I just have to schedule tomorrow’s as well. Maybe Friday morning as well. I need to check my appointments and see if I need to reschedule for Alex.  He is being accommodating about it.

I do have to update my food logging for the entire week before Saturday.  I have sort of been on food bender for the last couple of days. A Few cookies, had some easter choc cakes, and a little pasta.

I didn’t go to the Ladies Guild on Tuesday either.  I was supposed to bring something for refreshments but I didn’t and I have to get something for this weekend as well.  I may have to do my no bake cannoli cheesecake

Its Coffee Talk night.  G has to be somewhere else so she won’t be there but there will be others so I may have to step up and be hosts.  I definitely have a Coffee Talk next week but the following week is the Info session for JS’s.

My other new meetup “Walking with Friends is having a walk also at 6 but its up in Manchester at Porter Reservoir.   That may be a little too far for a weeknight. I am going to their walk on Sunday at 11 (right after i do my stint for the bake sale).  Actually it looks like they have a lot of after work walks.

JS is having a walk around Milford at Point beach tonight as well as a meeting I think.  There is another info session on the 24th. I definitely will go to that one.

The Out of shape hiking group has been quiet again even though they had a spurt earlier this week.  I can’t remember if they have anything planned.

The other group Women Outdoor group has a leadership and hike event in May.  There was some question as to whether or not I should be going to that one or not.  I believe Bonnie relented and accepted me to that one. Its part of a larger group and still waiting on location of training.

With all that’s going on there I need to remember I have things to do at home.  I have managed to leave a bit of trail around. I still have laundry to wash, dry and fold again.  I have dishes to be done in every manner. I still have to my taxes. I am beginning to get overwhelmed again and anxious and no matter how much i work on the “to do” list I don’t get enough done.

I need to go get gas before I go to the meetup tonight.

Oh the final entries of my trip will be added tomorrow...

Now its this

So yesterday sort of got away from me hence the shortened post.  I spent most of the day scanning but had to log in a few times while my computer was getting upgraded to Windows 10 at work.  Its up and running.

The Committee meeting was cancelled due to illness by the organizer.  They also forgot to send out an email letting us know.  Some of us grumbled about it.  This has been an issue in the past.  I mentioned something about it and I really like this girl but she was dismissive.  She argued that 95 percent of the time she does send out emails.  THis is the same girl who suggested that maybe being on the committee is not a good fit for me because I am kvetching to others instead of coming to her about issues in general.    She seemed to get annoyed by it.   When I also told her about some people upset with the HEP program she says they need to speak to the Health team.  Well I spoke to EH who is on the team and she was aware of it.  I also shared the events of yesterday with her.

The rain subsided by the time I left for home.  The shuttle ride was fast.  It could be the reason I haven’t been taking them lately.  Aside from the activities before, during, and after work.  At least I got home at a decent time.

When I arrived home I found my new fedora hat (that needs to be stapled on my head in the wind), My latest Dia order (that has two blouses, a dress, belt and pair of pants that look nice), and my stationery that i recently ordered.

I have to finish trying on the clothes and rate them and see what stays or goes.  I also have to go through all the others and hang them up eventually.  I need to look for more hangers and if I don’t have enough it will be time to order them.

I had some time before going off to the Gym.  I fed the cats, watched TV,  looked through the Dia Box. and did some straightening here and there.

My session with Alex went pretty well.  We talked about the food i ate yesterday and shared a particular recipe with him about Balsamic Spare ribs.  He reminded me that they are fatty and of course use moderation.

I was supposed to do 20 minutes of cardio and I barely did 10 I was talking with one of the other trainers and she is lovely...do I remember her name?  No.  Anyway I was on my way home by 6:30.

I had every intention of just having a protein shake but the chili won out.  I was close to eating the entire bowl of it.  I think it's too late now to put in in the bags.  But I will need to have it gone by the time I do more cooking.

The rest of the night I watched TV and surfed the net.  I did find myself falling asleep in the middle of NCIS.

NCIS was at first about wall art (aka Street ARt) and it turned out to be “agenda Pushing” episode.  It was about ecosystem saving and (I believe in it) but the whole thing came off fairly preachy.

Oh I skipped the Ladies Guild completely.  I figured since I didn’t go to church for Tickets I wasn’t going to be able to go in.  This is the first time I missed it in a long while.  It's getting to be that time where it will be break time between the holidays and the weather.

I went to bed around 9..  Woke up a few times during the night but felt it was deep sleeping each time.  The final time I woke up I got up and of course Sky was there waiting for me.  Tiger was already downstairs.

We did our normal routine and I stayed on the couch until 6:15 and started getting ready for my physical.

The Physical went really well.  All the tests are good Need more VItamin D.  They will be checking the A1C again.  I was out of there before 9 and on my way to the office.  As I suspected the Colonoscopy is for good for another ten years *2024* .Made a stop at DD on the highway.  Man their prices are really high.

I was at the office by 10 and spent the rest of the day scanning.  Since I have the coffee Talk tonight I will be staying until 5.  I hope the weather doesn’t change by then.  The sun was still out mid afternoon.

I made an appointment with OB/GYN for MOnday.  Then we will schedule the Mammogram I guess.  After that I should be all squared and compliant for HEP.

I heard from Angel Hair today and I have an appointment on Saturday at 2:30.  That’s great that means I can bake in the morning, get cleaned up and then go to the gym and then to her when done.  I can also run some errands that afternoon.

Well I have some more work before heading out for the night.  See you later.

I got up at 4

I wanted to try a theory.  I got up at 4 so that I could do some things.  I had to strip my bed because i noticed pen stains from last night so i wanted to have it cleaned.  So I did laundry, I also emptied the dishwasher that I had sent through a couple of days ago and clean the sink. I laid down again and for a short time and then got up fed the kitties and then went back to the couch for a short time.

I left at 7 and barely made it to the shuttle.  Luckily the driver (not our usual one) waited and I got on and we headed to the city.  It was a full shuttle again this week. Glad I wasn’t driving. IT got a little hairy in the city.

Since I got here I mailed the DMV handicapped unit application and tried to fax the FMLA papers but didn’t work.  I will have them mailed and call STandard and let them know I was mailing them.

I finished yesterday’s mail and then started scanning.  I realized I had left the system on since Thursday. Apparently I had left the fan on.  I could have sworn i turned it off Thursday when I left. Oh well got to remember to do it today.

I brought my urine sample into work with me and nonchalantly put it in my overhead cabinet.  I figured it would be better than in the refrigerator in the break room :P. At Break time I went to the Lab and it looked pretty much the same (it wasn’t getting renovated like the Hamden Office).  It took about 5 or ten minutes and then I went to Cafe on Temple restaurant and picked up lunch.
IT was horrible out.  I read the temperature was 85 degrees!  NO wonder the schools in Milford are having an early dismissal.   Apparently New Haven is keeping their kids in school. Actually only a few school systems are doing early dismissal.

I am waiting to hear if we have a meeting or not at lunch time or if I can relax for a bit before jumping into the mail.  Today will be a heavy mail day as Healthlogic is usually a big box. Now if the mail gods and the insurance gods were smiling down on me there wouldn’t be a big one.  I could finish that early and get back to scanning.

The committee meeting was good.  Talked more about TIP program....to help things progress...I have to learn more about it before I can explain what it is.  Actually the best explanation is here.  Our local doesn’t have that anywhere on our site but as it is in its early stage of information so that people will understand fully.    With the national ploy to end unions across the country we need to fight this.

Sadly though we lost a sister in labor.  I don’t think I knew her well but she was very active in the union.  WE are supposed to go to the wake. I don’t know if I can.

Tonight is my session with Alex.  I think this is our regular session and Sept 4th we discuss the expectations for the Challenge that kicks off at the end of September.  I know the fans will be on but I really hope it is cooler than it was last night. I didn’t do any other exercise last night.

I hope to do some grocery shopping and do some cooking that I wanted to do.  I have a number of things before going to bed...

Tomorrow night is the next Coffee Meet-up.  I am looking forward to it. I want to hear about Jerian’s time at the birthday party she went to for her nephew.  There are two new ladies coming tomorrow night one is Valerie and the other is Stephanie.Stephanie looks familiar to me.

Tuesdays Can be Tough

I have come to the conclusion that Tuesdays can be tough day of the week.  Between lunch time meetings and having a large amount of Mail to open for that day and an occasional Dr. appointment like today I can never get the mail done in one day.  Also lately the mail delivery has been later than it used to be.

Today I met with Dr. Sonia for my regular appointment.  It was for 11.  So I left the office around 10:30 and got there just before 11.  I paid for the appointment filled out the annual questionnaire and then waited until about 11:30 or 12 was brought into the room for the triage(?) and then had to wait because her schedule got backed up.  I think I finally got to see her by 12:30.  She asked me all the questions, and checked the extremities to see how they were moving etc.  I did ask her what type of the Lupus I had and she said Systemic.  I never know what to tell people. So I asked her.  I really couldn’t be upset with her since I messed up her schedule last month

I got back to the office by 1:30.  I scoffed down a hot dog that I got from a vendor outside.  I also let SR know because Team Lead Lauren was dealing with her own health issues and Supervisor Bob on vaca....in other words no one was really around to tell.

The mail delivery was late too so that had to be dealt with (just got it done basically).  The delivery has been late for a while now sometimes it worries me and sometimes it doesn’t.

The afternoon whizzed by and it was time to go home. I went to get Ann and then we picked up Maria.  She was ready this time.  So  we headed to the cars.  I chatted with Leslie about restaurants in Milford and things going in Milford.  Soon after I was heading to Captain’s catch to pick up dinner.

I really shouldn’t talk to people about dinner because usually I end up getting stuff they have had or recommended.  I didn’t get the clam chowder but I did get shrimp and fries.  Both fried. It was delicious.

The kitties were waiting for me when I got home.   They were pretty funny today.  On more than one occasion they scattered from noises they heard from outside and they have been running around a little too.  Tiger actually sofa cushion above my head the way Sky usually does.  The new food I got them was also waiting so I opened it and put in their dishes, I also mixed it with the old stuff in the containers.  I think they like it but will find out again tomorrow.
Peapod came tonight just a little after 6:30.  I didn’t hear them drive up (and I didn’t check the emails and text alerts until much later).  I had gotten most of the stuff except a few of the salads.  Even the driver thought they should send a text to let you know what isn’t going to be included.   EVerything was put away and I opened some juice.  I think i had about three glasses of it already.

Been watching TV mostly tonight, fell asleep at one point.  I hope I will be able to sleep soon.

The search for “geno” the dog continues.  They have been looking for nearly three days now.  They have been having a search team out (including a hunter) in the area by the train tracks and Pepe’s Farm Road (the Post office).  I guess he got loose from  the Kennel on Old Gate Lane.  It really is a cute dog.  If you would like to see a pic check my facebook page..

I also read that there were a couple of coyotes walking down a street in Milford.  Some shit keeps making inane jokes.  I really  get annoyed with stuff like that.  If you are not going to contribute something substantial to a conversation other than really stupid jokes or hijack a thread than don’t waste time!

There was a Bobcat sighting in milford this week too but apparently it hasn’t reach the status level that the black bear did last month.  BTW, that bear had been tracked in milford for nearly a month.  It was moved up north somewhere.

I have to say the foxes must have moved on again.  I haven’t seen them in the back for nearly a week to ten days now.  I will have to check with Darcy when I see her.  Something tells me they will be back once the baby bunnies are born.

The bunnies have been a common occurrence around here.   All day long actually.  I usually see them on the side of the house by the driveway.  In the driveway, in the back yard.  Sometimes there will be one and others there will be two.  I wonder if they are the parents to be.

I am flaking out on the Trivia game at the restaurant tomorrow.  I just don’t feel like going.    Especially alone.  Liz said if they have another one or in other places she would go with me then.

Finally I was saddened to learn of the passing of the legendary Country singer Glen Campbell.  He passed away in TN at the age of 81 from Alzheimer's.  He was one of my favorites growing up.  I loved his music and liked him in the original True GRit movie with John Wayne.  I was listening to some of the music tonight as I was searching.  Granted I was maybe 6 or 10 when I liked him.  I don’t know if I saw his TV show much but I do know I listened to his music in the 80’s.

Well i better get to bed.  The kitties are both on top of the sofa cushion again.  I haven’t seen them both up there for a while.

Funny Story for Thursday

I got a call from Sis last night on the way home from her meetings and she had driven by the street and so she decided to call me. She wanted to know how I was doing and I asked if she had gotten my texts. She said no.  It turns out I have been sending text messages to the house landline!  HEADDESK!

We talked about getting a new cable provider as she is tired of the one we all seem to have.  She encouraged me to take a look at it as well.  It is Frontier.  I don’t remember the price she quoted me for her but it might be a little more for me.  She wanted me to look at some package that I currently have and see if it is good idea.  Everyone around here has been shocked at the prices Comcast has raised.

The meeting went very well.  It was quite busy from the get go.  The girls were all given a job to do.  Some of them had to put the final touches on the bird houses and the rest had to fill out their intro cards for the fashion show.  We had to change a few dates for the meeting in April and in June.  Still no info on the status of the club yet.

My session with Courtney was good despite the 2 lb. weight gain and I knew it was going to happen as I look back at the last week of the food and exercise.  We added an additional day of walking/exercise during the week.

Caught up with Mama R last night had a good talk about an hour’s worth.  We talked about the weather, family, and the meetups, and stuff here.  She says she still gets a little down because they are so far isolated.  They are still making plans for their trip North.  It looks like Papa is coming too!

I had a tough time sleeping last night.  The way I was sleeping bothered my neck and shoulder.  The kitties slept with me last night.  Anyway tried several positions…may have to sleep on couch or fix the pillows.

I decided to cancel my session with Debra today because I have a headache again and the neck ache and I am feeling a tad achy.  I am may just try the alka seltzer cold thing but I don’t know if that’s what’s wrong.  I may have to start up the CPAP machine again.  I have been sneezing too.

It was a beautiful sunny but cold day but it will only last another several hours as we are getting the snow after all for tomorrow.  I am planning on going in tomorrow but if it is really bad and I am not feeling good.  Then I will stay home.  The is a nor Easter predicted for Tuesday of next week.  I will see how it plays out before I commit myself to staying home or not.

Well this has been a week on the wild side.  Along with the raccoon there have been Bobcat sightings in the northern part of my town.  The normal warnings to not leave pets outside at night alone or any other time were in the article as well.
