It was a beautiful chilly and sunny day here in New England.   Love is abounding (somewhere).   I got a lovely e-card    with kitties in them from Liz last night.   I sent her one this morning and I sent one to Dr. T when she sent me one on Sunday.   I still have to send one to Jim. Work was pretty good.   I managed to get in on time and mailed out the refunds I had been working on the last few days.   I got more to just batch and mail out for someone else and that I started on near the end of the day.   We didn’t receive the health logic deliveries for two days and I am guessing it’s because of the weather up north.   I made my donation to the Power ball pool and hopefully we will get the numbers before Tomorrow.   I guess they are culminating that as I write this.   Good luck to my fellow lottery players.   I am thinking I should try it on my own sometime.   I tried to look up the site and had instructions...

Today was the Valentines Delivery at the Birmingham Nursing Facility.  Roberta and I got there just about 10:30 and we found Dr. T and Yung starting to set up and wait for the othres to arrive. Only one girl did but the others never did.  This is beyond annoying.  Apparently who ever was supposed to drop them off woke up late.  Did it occur to these delightful young and really irresponsible girls to wake them up?  Dr. T said if she had known she would have gone and picked them up!!!.  Dr. T was so pleased that 9 girls out of say 20 showed up to the one we did at WRHC here in town.  Big Freaking deal.  I am so flipping tired of these girls promising they are going to do something and then they don't.  I have asked them to come help me at bingo every Sunday.   They never show up!!! February 5, 2014 Dear Friends:     I hope this finds you all safe and warm where ever you may be.  The snow and rain stopped late in the day .  After getting showered and dressed it was nearly 3.  I had to clear off the car and I chatted with Don next door who was kind enough to do our sidewalks and the driveway we share.  I took the opportunity to let him know about Mom’s prognosis.  He was sad about it and promised to let her mention it.  Considering I don’t know if she will re-act weirdly or not.  She knows that I told Liz last night.  After I got out of the driveway I took my regular route to Costco and found that part of Anderson was apparently not done very well.  There were several big chunks of Snow in the middle of the road like one of  those speed ways.  Who ever was plowing did a crappy job.    A short time later I got to the store.  Surprised to see a lot of people there  but got m...

Good Morning it is 6:30 and dark actually I think the sun should be breaking over the horizon soon. I have been up for about thirty minutes catching up on some of my friends journals over at livejournal.com I had posted some questions (I am really hoping they answer) in regards to the show. I am up early with the intention of doing some laundry before getting to do the volunteering aspect of the day. However, that didn’t work. Today is a very busy day first there is Bingo. I don’t expect much to happen there. I do hope Marisa and friends will be there. If the gang is suffering from Cabin fever then it will be slightly frantic I think. After church I will be joining the club for the Valentines Delivery. That should take about an hour or so. Later on there is a Dinner and a movie at Telka’s. My plans didn’t exactly work out as I had hoped this morning. I woke up at 5 but stayed in bed until maybe 6. I wanted to work on the journals. I didn’t. It was so cold in my room that I wanted to stay under the covers and then I got up and showered and then watched TV. It was just about then when Mom got up for her day. She had an early morning breakfast meeting with Representative Jim Amann and I think she said Judge Beverly but I am not sure. I think the rest of her day is full with meetings. I managed to mail the cards for the little ones. Of course I forgot to sign Audrey’s. What a dork I can be. I will have to email Liz and Stephanie and Chris and let them know Well it is late and I need to head to bed. I am feeling a little stiff but I think it was the way I was sitting watching TV.
